Refund Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2025
Our commitment: If you are not satisfied with ToolYapa Pro within your first 7 days, we will refund 100% of your payment — no questions asked.
Pro Subscription
ToolYapa Pro is a subscription service at ₹99/month or ₹799/year, billed via Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
To cancel, go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
Refund Eligibility
- First-time subscribers: Full refund within 7 days of the first payment.
- Renewals: No refunds for renewal charges. Cancel before renewal to avoid being charged.
- Annual plan: Full refund within 7 days of first annual payment. Prorated refunds may be considered after 7 days on a case-by-case basis.
- Technical failure: If ToolYapa Pro features are inaccessible for more than 48 hours due to our fault, you are entitled to a prorated refund for that period.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@toolyapa.com with subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address. We process refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Free tool usage (these are free and not charged)
- Subscription renewals after the 7-day window
- Partial months after cancellation
