Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ToolYapa (toolyapa.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

2. Free Tools

Free tools are provided as-is for personal and commercial use with a daily usage limit of 3 uses per tool per day. The word "Yapa" means a free gift — our core tools are committed to remain free forever for individual users.

Free tool access may not be used for: (a) automated scraping or bulk API calls, (b) reselling ToolYapa's output as a service, (c) building competing products that mirror ToolYapa's core functionality.

3. Pro Subscription

Pro subscription (₹99/month or ₹799/year) removes daily usage limits, enables AI workflows, increases file size limits, and removes advertisements. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you create using ToolYapa tools — invoices, resumes, images, PDFs, and any other output. ToolYapa claims no ownership or license over your generated content. The ToolYapa name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of ToolYapa.

5. AI Features

AI-powered features (Ask ToolYapa, AI Workflows) are powered by Anthropic Claude. AI responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Always verify AI-generated information with a qualified professional before acting on it.

6. Limitation of Liability

ToolYapa provides tools on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for: loss of data, financial loss arising from use of our calculators, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid to ToolYapa in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
